Frequently asked questions
How does it treat a 29 February birthday?
In non-leap years the birthday is counted as 1 March for the next-birthday calculation. The age in years, months and days still follows calendar month anniversaries.
What if the as-of date is before the birth date?
The calculator shows a message that the as-of date is earlier than the date of birth instead of a negative age. Swap or correct the dates to continue.
